He/him from Germany. I'd call myself a creative optimist. I'm a designer by education, but interested in all the aspects that bring an idea into reality.

I love to work with a team of dedicated people and tackle hard problems. I particularly enjoy to build things that educate us, connect us with each other and improve our life. I value ownership, speed, fun and boldness.

Working as a freelancer since 10 years, I've had the chance to contribute to a broad range of projects. I've earned a degree in Interface Design from FHP, one of the leading programs in the field. These days, I'm interested in building products which put their customer's stage-center and deliver tangible value.

After 6 years in Berlin & Taipei, I'm now living in Cologne. I'm available for projects on-site and remote.

I'll help you to decide which MVP to build to test your business idea. And more importantly: Setting up a structure to learn from your customers to iterate towards product-market fit. We’ll uncover insights to your most important hypotheses quickly and effiently. For building your MVP, I I draw on the concepts of the lean startup methodology and the Y Combinator philosophy of building and shipping an MVP.

Don’t boil the ocean when working with your product’s and customer’s data. I’ll help you focus to answer the most important questions efficiently. If you’re starting from a blank slate, we’ll figure out your most important metrics to measure how customers are using your product. Also I’ll help to define the metrics to measure if you’re moving to the right direction. From there, we’ll understand which data you’re already collecting and which analytics infrastructure still needs to be implemented to answer the critical questions. I can support in the implementation of analytics infrastructure, with an existing team or data scientists/engineers from my network.

  • Getting support understanding existing data and set up additional tracking infrastructure

  • Finding your growth levers

Ongoing subscription (monthly)

Subscribing to my service on a monthly basis might be right for you if you need ongoing support on Design or Product Management. I’ll provide operational and strategic support for your organization, consulting on your product challenges and working hand-on on your product. I’m available for up to 36 hours per week to support your project. If possible, I’ll make sure we’re having also face-to-face meetings on a recurring basis.
